2003 - 2005 Contract Attorney for Alenik & Associates. Attended and participated in numerous depositions on behalf of asbestosis defendant clients.

2001 - 2002 Contract Attorney for Donato Minx & Brown. Contract research and writing for a subrogation firm. Project was aviation security and tort law related to September 11, 2001 attacks. Wrote and participated in presentation made to Lloyd's of London.

1988 - 1995 Burrow & Williams, L.L.P. Clerk, Associate, and pilot for a plaintiff's litigation firm in Houston. Primarily assigned to wrongful death, products liability, asbestosis and aviation cases. Coordinated the "Day in the Life of" settlement videos and brochures for 12 wrongful death cases from the 1988 Phillips Petroleum Refinery Explosion in Pasadena, Texas. Second chair in several aviation cases including a (Grumman Gulfstream-I) accident that settled for 7.0 million dollars.

1974 - 1980 Piper Aircraft Corporation Regional Product Support Manager for the Midwest and Canada. Traveled extensively solving new aircraft and warranty problems, factory support programs, parts sales, aircraft demonstrations, air show circuit, conducted maintenance training and seminars for service center personnel, investigated aircraft accidents, liaison with local FAA operations and maintenance offices.
